A transcription is created as follows: Our translators/interpreters listen to the audio or video file and then convert what they hear, word for word, into writing. That text can then, if desired, be translated into another language.

We offer two transcription options:

• Simple transcription: you receive a verbatim transcription, i.e. an exact transcription of the spoken content.
• Upon request, we also provide an elaborate form of transcription, which not only transcribes what is said but also conveys how something is said. Vocal mannerisms such as stuttering, repetitions, intonation and pauses are thus also recorded in the written text.
